This Boston butt roast comes from pigs born and raised on the producer's farm, with full traceability back to the herd. Animals are pasture-accessed and finished on a diet that includes whey from on-farm cheese production; the meat is processed with organic apple cider vinegar and filtered water.
Keep refrigerated upon arrival and use within 3–5 days, or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Cook to a safe internal temperature before serving.
