These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Amish Products Association website and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Private members storefront

Amish Products Association is a private members association storefront. Some features are available only to active members.

  • Apply for membership to request purchasing access.
  • Member pricing is available after approval and active membership.
  • You may add items to your cart while browsing. Checkout completes only after application approval and active membership.

Membership

Membership requirements, eligibility, activation, renewal, cancellation, and membership status are governed by the membership product, your account, and any related settings or notices presented during sign-up. Membership is intended to provide access to member-only features and Association offerings. Additional details may be presented during sign-up, in account settings, and in related policies posted on the site.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and to avoid misuse, including attempts to interfere with site operations or unauthorized access to accounts, orders, or member information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access to protect members, producers, and the Association if we believe an account is being misused.
